HR ADMINISTRATOR This position is responsible for centralized work generated by the NY HR teams supporting the business groups.

This supports our efforts to identify opportunities for sharing best practices, standardization and reengineering for better efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: International Assignments: Visa/Green Card Applications coordination and processing, Visa processing for grad.

Trainees, I-9 compliance, and home/host country coordination.

Processing of Canada staff Oracle HR and payroll related changes.

Central preparation and production of standard template letters, e.

g., salary/bonus letters Standardized monthly Business Objects reporting across business groups Maintenance of employee personnel files in accordance with SOX requirements Employment verifications letters Oversight of the redundancy calculations, processing and associated documentation.

Support of Talent Review and Performance Assessment Workshops including business manager package preparation.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience: · 2+ years of HR experience as HR administrator or assistant.

· Sound knowledge of HR processes and practices.

Is willing and able to seek information and advice from a variety of sources, interpret and apply it. Shows initiative to develop their knowledge further · Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail and end to end processing.

· Self motivated; ability to work independently and partner successfully with HR teams to ensure achievement of goals.

· Team player · Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communications.

Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, Visio and if possible Oracle HR and Business Objects or related HRMS database and reporting tool.
