Controller: Green Key Resources LLC
Advertising Company seeking a Controller The Advertising Company is seeking an individual with approximately 10+ years of experience to join our team of professionals in NY as a hands-on Controller.
The ideal candidate needs to be a team player and posses the ability to multitask in a fast paced, exciting environment.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will manage the company's accounting systems and procedures and support the financial control and planning processes in order to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely and high quality financial information to internal and external clients.
In addition, the Controller will ensure efficient, effective and consistently high quality results in all aspects of the company's accounting operations including financial schedules, accounts payable, partner compensation and payroll processing functions.
Major Responsibilities Will Include: The month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, banking, accounts payable, audit, and payroll.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent computer skills, proficiency in spreadsheet software applications, and ability to train others in their use. Other duties may include human resources, real estate, tax, and insurance.
Requirements: BA/BS in Accounting and CPA required.
