Accounts Payable Clerk
Book publisher w/ high volume seeks A/P Clerk Holtzbrinck Publishers is a group of publishing companies in the US held by Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck, which is based in Stuttgart, Germany.
Our US publishers include: Bedford/St.
Martin's, Farrar, Straus and Giroux, Henry Holt and Company, Palgrave Macmillan, Picador, St. Martin's Press, Tor Books, WH Freeman and Worth Publishers.
Accounts Payable Clerk Holtzbrinck Publishers is seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk.
Responsibilities include heavy data entry (primarily of invoices), maintenance of payment files, photocopying and assorted clerical duties.
Qualified candidates will have strong computer skills including MS Excel and accurate typing skills.
Dependability and reliability are essential for this position.
We are seeking a minimum of 20 hours per week.
