Digital Media Planners: Searchlight
Digital Media Planner and Account Supervisor for Award Winning Advertising Agency Our client, a leading full service business-to-business global advertising agency is seeking a Digital Media Planner and Account Supervisor to join their growing interactive team.
The ideal person has an understanding and interest in business-to-business, online media and client services.
Responsibilities/Requirements: Digital Media Planner Develop online buying and planning capabilities and procedures within the agency Develop digital plans reaching complex business to business targets Create client presentations Manage agency relationships with all online vendors and media partners Responsible for bringing new thinking to agencies online media plans Point person for all digital media buys for agency Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape including banners, email, rich media, search marketing, mobile and more An interest in learning and evangelizing digital media executions and innovation across the agency Working to align paid, earned and owned media and use federation and syndication of content to optimize our media strategy Must have 3-5 years digital media experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Working knowledge of analytics and metrics in the digital media space with campaign experience in Google Analytics and Omniture Experience with research tools such as ComScore Metrix, Dynamic Logic, Insight Express, Nielsen, @Plan, DoubleClick Ad Planner, AdRelevance desired Working knowledge of first party ad serving, real time brokering, retargeting, audience segmentation, conversion architecture, site side optimization Additional delivery techniques should be understood, experience desirable: Day Parting, Geo Targeting, Demographic Targeting, Psychographic Targeting, Contextual Targeting, Behavioral Targeting, Campaign Re-Targeting Responsibilities/Requirements: Account Supervisor (Integrated) Play a key role in the management and development of global corporate accounts requiring branding and integrated marketing solutions Possess a deep understanding of the clients business and category and build similar understanding with agency Motivate and lead internal and external resources, build good relationships with various teams and keep them focused on deliverables, timelines and budgets Present complex information both orally and in writing Responsible for account team performance and general vitality of the agency/client relationship Must have 5+ years of advertising agency experience Proven track record of managing a staff and integrated marketing programs for clients including, traditional, digital, direct mail, channel marketing and more B2B knowledge, preferably in healthcare, manufacturing and/or global accounts Searchlight is a digital recruitment firm specializing in media, advertising, and technology.
