Job Description You'll help our customers in the telecommunications business deal with new, evolving markets, technologies, and convergence of fixed, mobile, data, voice, cable, and legacy infrastructure.

This will involve identifying, designing, and documenting a solution that encompasses HP and partner technology to solve the business issues of our customers.

Advanced understands of the Telecommunications Network Domain will be necessary to help with this goal.

Initially you'll be helping to define and deliver the HP Service Delivery Platform.

This common, central, and secure development framework is key for delivering services across multiple network types - fixed, mobile, and broadband.

In building a complete solution you'll work with network, messaging and collaboration, information and entertainment, and business operations teams and applications providers across the world.

Your Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.

Minimum ten plus years of experience in Telecommunications.

Background with SS7 networks, Nonstop, INS, and/or Enhance Network Services preferred.

Broad understanding of SS7 networks, 2 and 3 G networks, IP and SIP. Excellent presentation and project management skills required.

Plus advanced understanding of the professional consulting services business.

In this role you’ll be responsible for effectively applying technical knowledge to a sales situation and crafting solutions for clients.

Establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels both internally and with the client by developing a core understanding of the client’s unique business needs and competitive challenges.

Tailor strategy and architect solutions to meet the needs of the client, and interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solution development.

Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue, product, customer satisfaction and market share goals for assigned account(s).
