Tax Managers In Sugar Land!!!
Position Type: Full Time Our client, a proven company in the oil and gas field services company is bringing the tax function in-house and will be growing the department over the next few months.
The Tax Director was recently hired and will be needing a manager to assist him with the provision work, planning and compliance, (both domestic and international), and managing the tax calendar.
You will be a KEY player in this very rapidly growing company and the promotion opportunity is unlimited.
Your supervisor is former Big 4 and has worked for some of the better known companies in Houston, and will structure the workload to provide for true quality of life.

Big 4/Tier 2 experience, with some industry exposure; Experience in a publicly held company, experience with FAS 109, International planning and compliance, and some SOX exposure.
