Tax Associate, Not-for-Profit Tax

We currently seek a Tax Associate to join us in our Omaha office.
KPMG's Federal Tax Services practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations.
Our tax professionals who handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs.
Responsibilities: *Prepare and review Forms 990 and 990-PF and advise clients regarding exempt organizations tax return issues *Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team that focuses on helping to provide industry knowledge and experience *Attain visibility and recognition in the Not-for-Profit community *Provide tax planning and advisory services to colleges and universities, public charities, private foundations, healthcare entities and other types of tax-exempt entities Qualifications: *One year of tax experience gained in a major accounting firm, law firm, and/or non profit organization *Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university *Eligible to sit for the CPA exam KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
