Position Type: Full Time The primary purpose of this position is to lead the efforts associated with the design and testing of new systems or process reengineering initiatives.
Additionally, new processes and system design must provide adequate internal controls to improve efficiencies in transacting business.
Assess the completeness of testing scenarios necessary to verify system/process specifications and requirements.
Coordinate the development and execution of required training activities.
Ensure timely communication regarding project activities and status.
Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance or information systems; Strong communication, organization, and planning skills; Prior experience in process reengineering and/or financial system implementation desired; 3-5 years experience, organizational design, public accounting or shared service expertise desired.
