Sr. Procurement Analyst

Primary Job Responsibilities The Sr. Procurement Analyst will be responsible for working with the existing Supplier & PO Processing team to perform all procurement related activities for the North American Shared Service group.

This will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships and manage supplier scorecard programs • Oversee compliance and risk mitigation program and initiatives • Function as team lead- ePRO and SAP power user, train staff and ensure consistent application of written processes, monitor processing efficiency and measure results against SLA. • Facilitate eSourcing projects, including supplier training, template creation and event management • Create, compile and distribute transaction and spend reporting.

Perform and present analysis of key trends.

Identify problems and offer solutions.

• Work cross functionally to address issues in the P2P process (receiving, assets, delayed payments, etc.). Propose, prioritize, oversee and test ePRO enhancement work.

A successful Sr. Procurement Analyst will be able to independently handle day-to-day procurement activities, manage complex projects and work cross functionally at the director level to help drive process improvements.

Job Requirements Candidates for this position must have 4 plus years of professional related experience or Master's degree and 1 plus year, or a Doctorate.

Candidates should be creative, team-oriented and self-starters with a strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize their workload to ensure timely issue resolution.

In addition, this individual should possess the following: • Strong customer service orientation, a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Tactical purchasing experience.

• Effective communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership success.

• Act with integrity.

• Exercise good judgment and problem resolution skills.

• Plan effectively and juggle multiple priorities.

• Quantitative and analytical skills, and the ability to apply these skills to TCO calculations, bid scoring evaluation, and continuous process improvement.

• Strong computer skills, including competence with ERP systems and mainstream office productivity software.

Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
