Sr. Manager, Paid Search Analytics
Primary Job Responsibilities • Assess, innovate, and present key strategic quantitative analyses for the Internet Marketing Group.
Dealing with our Search Engine partners (ie Google, Yahoo), the focus will be on optimizing our keyword buys with advanced analytics.
Such analysis will generally be project based and complex in nature, whereby large volumes of data are synthesized into actionable recommendations.
Extensive use of SAS/SQL, predictive modeling and segmentation methods will be required.
• Position will be a combination of leading teams and individual contribution, thereby utilizing a broad set of skills including complex data manipulation, problem solving, project management, and communication.
Lead Global Paid Search analytics functions, and coordinate resources and deliverables with BU and IT teams.
• Drive insights and decision-making for Internet Marketing as a whole.
Manage ROI analyses that optimize and provide strategic guidance for Internet Marketing by applying superior analytical and data synthesis skills.
Job Requirements • The candidate must show ability for executive-level consultations.
This requires demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction that refine the Internet Marketing business plan.
• Manage cross functional projects working with International Paid Search Management, Information Management, and Finance • The candidate must also excel in strategic planning, project management, business analysis, problem solving, recommendation, consensus building, and people development.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing highly quantitative and analytical projects with at least 2 years supervising a team; internet or finance companies preferred • BA/BS in Statistics, Economics, Business, or other related field.
Masters or MBA preferred.
• Proficient using SAS, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of key financial calculations required.
Proficient in statistical and predictive modeling techniques (Regression, Decision-tree, Cluster Analysis, etc.) • High energy and a desire to work in a deadline oriented, fast growth environment.

Education Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
