Job Description Our Healthcare Advisory Practice assists hospitals and health systems with quantitative analysis to support management decision-making around a variety of financial and operational issues.
Resources within the group focus on strategic financial planning, turnaround analysis, prospective financial information, third-party reimbursement, financial assessment for operations improvement, including staffing and non-staffing benchmarking, programmatic financial planning, and support for strategic pricing analysis.
Service Advisory Industry Not Applicable Office Philadelphia PA Years Experience Required 3+ Education Required Bachelors degree required, MPH, MHA or MBA preferred, CPA Plus Job Requirement Essential We seek candidates with three or more years of reimbursement experience in the provider health care or CPA firm consulting environment, to work with our HCP Directors, Managers, Senior Associates and Associates in the Finance & Controls Solution Set. Candidates should posses the following skills: Expertise in manipulating complex spreadsheets and managing databases, including an excellent understanding of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Access Strong background with data analysis Finance background is preferred but not required A general understanding of the health care industry Strong verbal and business writing skills Internet and research skills Experience with oral and written presentations Proven track record of integrating into a team environment Strong knowledge of third party reimbursement This individual will be performing consulting services primarily at our client sites and will be subject to travel.
