Senior SOX Accountant
The Senior Accountant position will be primarily responsible for all aspects of the quarterly and annual Sarbanes Oxley 404 (SOX) assessments and assist in the internal audit function.
This person will maintain and update internal control process narratives, develop risk matrices based upon the internal control process narratives and identify key controls, and create audit programs to test the key controls identified in the risk matrices.
This person will coordinate with process owners and perform testing of key controls, independently assess internal controls in order to identify and document any weaknesses, and assist in the timely preparation of quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and the annual report on Form 10-K.
This person will communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and analyze and understand responses from inquiries of process owners.

A BS from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting or a related field is required.
A CPA is preferred.
A minimum of two years of public accounting / auditing experience is required.
