We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything! The Cash Application Processor is responsible for applying customer payments to trade accounts receivable customer accounts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Application of customer payments to open item accounts receivable; o Researching customer accounts to ascertain the proper customers and invoices for cash application; o Escalating payment discrepancies to the Collections Associates, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and the Accounts Payable Manager, when appropriate; o Reconciling/preparing daily SRC bank deposits; and o Supporting the remainder of the accounts receivable/credit and collections function when necessary.
