Ideal candidates should have: *BA/BS degree required *CPA is preferred *A minimum of 10 years of professional experience *Public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm *Demonstrated extensive and recent hands on SEC reporting experience required *Preparation of 10-Q and 10-K, MD&A and footnotes *We seek talented and enthusiastic candidates who wish to join a growing professional services firm and who are dedicated to providing top quality service to our clients.
