SEC Reporting Manager
SEC Reporting Manager Great opportunity for a SEC Reporting Manager with this rapidly growing semiconductor company.
This company has revenues of roughly $90million and anticipates 20% growth for the next year.
Responsibilities *Prepare 10-K,10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statement, S-8 and other SEC filings *Responsible for financial statements and schedules for the earnings releases *Develop and update corporate finance policies *Review contracts and ensure adequate disclosure related to commitments and contingencies *Verify and update SOX narratives and risk control matrixes *Conduct research related to a wide range of technical accounting and financial reporting issues.
Requirements *Degree in accounting or finance *Minimum 7 years of accounting experience *CPA preferred *Thorough understanding of SEC reporting requirements and GAAP principals *Stable work history If you are interested, forward your resume and a number where you can be reached during the day to ian [at] pinnaclefr [dot] com [dot]
