Do your part in the following role: Job Description As a Research Processor, your responsibilities include assisting and supporting the branches and customers with account inquiries; retrieving information for subpoenas.
Primary Responsibilities Answers phone calls from branches, departments and other financial institutions Researches requests for account information and responds to the appropriate parties Retrieves information for research requests and subpoenas by researching the required information per department procedures Retrieves images of documents from image system and microfilm Job Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One year previous banking experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous subpoena experience preferred At least six months PC experience required Excellent customer service skills EOE M/F/D/V
