Job Description We are looking to add a recruiter/ sales consultant to our Boston office! This is an ideal position for an individual driven by a commissioned based compensation with extremely high earning potential, but also looking for a professional work environment in downtown Boston.
We work with many of the area's most prestigious companies in the financial services, biotech/pharmaceutical, high technology, professional services, real estate and manufacturing industries.
Fairchild Networking is a specialized, boutique-type firm.
We offer individualized searches for our clients and candidates.
The position is full cycle sales and includes prospecting business contacts - both candidates and client companies.
Extensive phone contact in addition to face-to-face client visits to develop and manage relationships.
Interact and build relationships with CFO's and Vice Presidents of startup firms to Fortune 500 companies.
We are a very team-oriented company, but your level of success is determined by your personal drive and intuition.
