ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES Other duties may be assigned.

PO Management Manages all ship windows and ETA's.

Responsible for PO to arrive by confirmed ETA. Ensures that all etas are accurate and do not go past due. Follows up with vendors to book vessels in allotted time.

Collateral (All extraneous items related to the sku) Maintains on order of ribbon, boxes, hang tags, story cards and UPC's.

Confirms that the on order in collateral mirrors on order in inventory sku. Pagination: Updates name changes, ads and drops.

Responsible for bi-weekly cross reference with merchandising pagination.

Attends all catalog proofing meetings as a representative of planning.

Point person with creative.

Backorders Runs backorder report weekly, updating comments Maintains hot list of PO's.

Adds skus/po's for items that are late for upcoming seasons Identifies items on backorder that can be pushed up. Contacts vendors to request earlier shipment.

Assembly PO's Monitors stock levels of component skus.

Reorders into core when items fall out of balance.

Times receipt into system by coordinating with other areas Determines assembly time to have the appropriate ETA in MACS.

Writes work order PO's and maintains confirmation.

Cross references buy plan to ensure weeks on hand are optimal.

Reports Runs various report so support team needs, such as Item analysis, Backorder report, On Hand report and other Business Objects reports QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.
