Manager, Patient Financial Services
Manager, Patient Financial Services Caritas Norwood Hospital Norwood - Department: Patient Accounts Business - Full-time - Day shift - Experience is required Oversees the day-to-day operations of one of 3 areas--Medicare/Medicaid, Blue Cross/Managed Care; or Tufts/Harvard Pilgrim--with the goal of maximizing cash flow.
Administers system, hospital, and department policies and procedures and ensures that ethical and sound business practices and procedures are followed.
Minimizes losses related to denials and other inefficiencies in the revenue stream and ensures that excellent customer service is given to patients, staff, and other users who interact with the department.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a hospital-based Patient Financial Services department.
