Manager, PACU/Amb Surg
Manager, PACU/Amb Surg Caritas St. Elizabeth's Medical Center Boston - Department: Surgical Services - Full-time Full Time, Monday - Friday, day shift - Day shift - Bachelors degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years experience is required.
The Manager PACU/AmbSurg is a management position within Operative Services.
This position has 24/7 management responsibility for the operations of PACU, Ambulatory Surgery and Pre-Admission Testing including: quality of care, patient flow, service and efficiency.
Responsible for all staffing, budgetary and clinical operations aspects of these units.
Qualifications Required: Minimum education: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Allied Health or Business.
Masters degree or enrollment a plus.
At least 3 years experience managing in a clinical environment; perioperative experience preferred.
Will consider non-RN candidates with relevant management experience.
