Financial Analyst
Kenexa is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Kenexa provides outsourcing, employee research and software to help companies hire and retain a more productive workforce.
Kenexa services include employment process outsourcing, behavioral assessment, employee engagement surveys and linkage research.
Kenexa's award-winning software solutions may be used in concert with Kenexa services and integrate with existing HR management systems, providing proven, short-term return on investment through direct cost reduction, fast implementation and process improvement POSITION SUMMARY: This position will work closely with financial and operating managers to provide financial and analytical support on a variety of issues spanning all aspects of the company's activities.
Responsibilities
1. Supports data entry, coding, and general numbers crunching/analysi
2. Completes journal entrie
3. Monitors actual results of financial data against plans, forecasts and budget
4. Completes monthly variance analyses on budget vs. actual numbers for HCM and other division
5. Manages content and tracking for HCM dashboar
6. Completes ad hoc reporting as requeste
7. Supports HCM COO. in managing overall global operation
8. Completes special assignments/projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
1. Excellent analytical and quantitative skill se
2. Works with effectively with minimal supervisio
3. Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines and attention to detail
4. Exceptional organizational skill
5. Ability to interact and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENC
1. BS in Finance/Accountin
2. 2-4 years of relative experience (including internships
3. Proficient ability to work with Excel and Word programs and have the ability to link and develop macros and formulas.
