Financial Analyst
Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Financial Analyst to analyze and refine business-critical measurements, implement and improve tracking and reporting processes and provide analysis of key business trends.
Track key perfomance and sales metrics and internal business goals.
Develop high value analysis using Access and Excel spreadsheets geared towards optimizing marketing, sales and resources regarding clients and business partners.
Provide ad-hoc qualitative and quantitative analysis of various financial scenerios.
Improve and maintain an executive dashboard for key metrics.
Work with the CFO to drive next-generation reporting capabilities and with Sales to fully utilize existing tools.
Position reports directly to the Controller.
Requirements: BA/BS degree in Business with strong quantitative/number-crunching skills.
Three to five years prior experience in a financial analysis role.
Experience with database concepts and methodology; Access and Excel skills strongly preferred.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
