Executive Assistant
Our Fortune 100 Telecommunications client in the Waltham area is in need of an Executive/Administrative Assistant.
An ideal candidate would have the ability to start ASAP.
Dress is strictly business casual.
Candidates will be responsible for calendar maintenance, E-mail screening, expense authorizations/reporting, travel arrangements, and spreadsheet maintenance.
You will be supporting the Executive Director and Staff.
You must be extremely organized, focused, and detail oriented.
Favorable candidates will work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience of related industry experience.
Telecommunications experience is preferred! Candidates will have excellent communication, flow charting, and MS Office skills.
Any additional educational experience is a plus.
A criminal background check and drug screen are required.
