Escrow Branch Manager Responsibilities Plan and implement marketing programs in coordination with sales management goals Develop and promote services focused on the needs of the customers Resolve complex escrow and closing issues and assist closers with sensitive customer relations problems Audit escrow files to verify closings are being processed in accordance with company guidelines Oversee accounting functions Identify and report potential claims or loss situations Evaluate and establish uniform procedures Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of escrow practices Knowledge of current legislation affecting title insurance and escrow Ability to close all types of escrows Ability to manage, counsel, and develop employees Ability to plan, assign, direct, and evaluate others' work Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to multi-task, organize, and make decisions under pressure High school diploma with experience in real property title, banking, or real estate, including supervision of a real estate, finance, or banking operations staff, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Qualifications Supervisory experience of an escrow staff Six years experience in the escrow industry Bachelor's degree in business or related field About LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc.
