Organization: Visa U.SA Inc Relocation Assistance: Open RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing and coordinating the financial processes within Systems Engineering.
Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the divisions supported.
Performs high-quality, timely analysis that contributes to the high performance and success of the divisions supported.
Secondary Job Responsibilities: Assists in the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses, achieving greater independence over time.
Examples of activities include business case development, pricing analysis, business planning support, traditional budgeting and forecasting, and enhanced financial and business reporting.
While financial analysis will clearly be an important element of the role, the emphasis is on applying overall analytical skills and experience to become a highly valued business partner.
Must demonstrate potential for developing strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Collaborates easily and successfully with all levels of management in a matrix organization structure.
Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
REQUIREMENTS: Dynamic, highly motivated person who works well as a team member and easily cultivates relationships with colleagues.
Learns quickly and is able to apply new concepts and approaches immediately.
Produces deliverables that are accurate and timely.
Contributes new ideas and finds solutions to business challenges for operating divisions as well as Finance.
Maintains the highest levels of professionalism at all times and takes ownership of a process, task, or deliverable.
Has strong excel, MS access, and presentational skills.
Bachelor´s degree required.
Advanced degree preferred.
Even plus years of experience in a financial services or technology industry.
Strong foundation of financial and quantitative analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (i.
e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Additional experience with a complex financial system (e.
g., Oracle) is beneficial but not required.
