All you need to bring is yourself! Job Description Description Tenet is currently seeking a Director of Patient Services for its Park Plaza Hospital.
The Director of Patient Services is responsible for the following: Oversees the development of facility departmental goals and objectives with managers.
Evaluates and devises methods for meeting goals.
Responsible for ensuring all Service Level Agreements between the Regional Business Office and facility are upheld and recommendations changes and modifications where appropriate.
Oversees the establishment of performance standards (qualitative and quantitative) at all front-end patient access sites, monitors and controls productivity and encourages innovations fro improvement.
Communicates all performance goals to determine cause and desired resolution.
Takes steps necessary to implement resolution.
Responsible for daily completion of all registration related edit reports.
Also responsible for daily cash recon reports getting to the Regional Business Office.
Coordination with market Director for monthly end accruals.
Qualifications Significant experience (8+ years) in patient accounting with extensive supervisory experience directing a multi-facility business office.
BA/BS in Business, Health Administration or related degree required with a Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or a related field preferred.
