Call Center Associate
Join the #1 Best Place to Work* in Massachusetts As a member of our Service Center, the candidate will become part of a fast-paced environment servicing phone calls from our brokers across the country.
The position requires extensive phone work logging into our phone system approximately six hours per day answering all operational inquiries from our brokers pertaining to their clients' investment accounts with our firm.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and superb problem solving skills.
Requirements: 4+ years in brokerage industry Series 7 license Prior experience with FBSI and Streetscape (National Financial Services applications) and Thomson ONE preferred but not required Waltham, MA position
