We are currently seeking a Collection Specialist in our Royersford, PA facility.The Collection Specialist will monitor and/or call on an Oracle collection portfolio within a specified geographic area.
This person will make calls to their assigned geographic areas, and will assist in problem solving for their reports.
They will also organize and participate in monthly district conference calls.
The Collector must display professional conduct toward both internal and external customers at all times.
Responsibilities include* conducting at least 40-45 outgoing calls a day* incoming calls must also be handled* raise significant collection issues to Team Lead/Supervisor or Director* monthly - document via spreadsheet issues that are preventing collections activity* filing, organizing, and maintenance of internal paperwork related to calls* serve as information source to field personnel * recommend accounts to be place for collection.We offer: * competitive compensation* medical, dental, vision benefits* 401(k)* employee stock purchase plan* paid time off* bonus plan* excellent working conditions* smoke-free environment* business casual dress* free fitness center* free parkingAt this time we are considering only local candidates who are able to work without employer sponsorship.
