Business Service Specialist--Contract Administration
Business Service Specialist, Contract Administration Processes transactions such as trades, withdrawals, loans, electronic funds transfers, and registration changes on existing annuity contracts.
Makes outbound calls to other financial services companies and registered representatives.
Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years experience to include: Ability to complete assignments in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Ability to balance accuracy, speed, and customer service.
Strong communication skills dealing with a variety of peoples, preferably in the financial services profession.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
NASD Series 6 preferred.
