Key responsibilities of the Business Analyst include: Providing a wide scope of oversight for the implementation and daily performance of our recovery and audit processes Managing the audit team in their claims processing, contracting and error resolution efforts Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and tools to complete each task Working with vendors and internal partners to track statuses and determine if expectations are met Analyzing data, identifying root causes and working to improve overall processes and workflow We seek Business Analysts with claims experience.

Health insurance experience is required, and candidates must have a background in contracting and/or reimbursements.

Data analysis and project management experience is also required.

Managed care operations experience is preferred.

Proficiency with MS Excel and Access is essential, and ideal candidates would know COSMOS and UNET.

Professionals with an exclusive background in IT, hoowever, would be better suited for other roles in our organization, not these ones.
