Bookkeeper/Secretary
Immediate need for Bookkeeper with Legal experience Busy attorney has immediate opportunity for experienced Bookkeeper who has worked with QuickBooks, TalPro, Timeslips and Time Matters.
Handle billing, entering/issuing receipts, managing business accounts, trust accounts and multiple bank accounts for estates.
Must be proficient with MSW/WordPerfect as well as Internet research.
Excellent communication and ability to assist in delivering documents to local courthouses, General clerical duties include copying,using fax machine and scheduling appointments.
