Audit Senior- Employee Benefit Plans
Job Description Join our team of pension plan industry leaders! The individual will participate in a team of professionals to deliver quality services to our clients across all industries, with a focus on pension plans.
He/she will be expected to take a consultant's approach and to the attest/assurance process of a client's employee benefit plan financial statements.
This includes risk assessment, planning, "review by interview" , and analytical procedures.
The individual will have access to an exceptional continuing education program a key component to your success.

Service Assurance Industry Financial Services (FS) Office Philadelphia PA Years Experience Required 3 Education Required BS in accounting Job Requirement Essential The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years current public accounting experience in a Big 4, regional or local firm or prior major company that has a strong audit client base.
Employee Benefit Plan experience is preferred Solid track record of demonstrated career achievements and academic excellence.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) required.
Commitment to exceptional client service and a flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity is a must.
Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management.
