Associate - Marketing Services
Job Description: Oversee the daily reconciliation process and manage the relationship between the telemarketing agencies and reporting vendor regarding reconciliation and end of campaign processing.
Enhance Marketing Services External automated reporting Report on front end performance and back end results for Marketing Services External.
Monitor inquiries and proof of enrollment requests.
Enhance vendor training to insure a positive customer experience.
Generate reports that assist the Analytics team in applying modeling to TM leads Gather Information and create reports for monthly campaign summary that is shared with upper management Produce monthly vendor report cards for all Acquisition product types Manage the verifications process and conduct quarterly agency audits to reduce the number of requests/violations received.
SKILLS Required: Lotus Notes MS Word MS Excel Communication Skills Ability to work independently as well as within teams Desired:
