Accounts Receivable / Office Assistant: Confidential
A local, Huntington-based business, we are seeking job candidates for an Accounts Receivable / Office Assistant position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, balancing accounts receivable, running afternoon orders, and providing excellent customer service and sales staff support.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the position involves answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer requests in person during normal office hours.
We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who can both multitask and pay very close attention to detail.
Required: Literate in MS-Office suite, including Word, Excel & Powerpoint; solid communication skills; good work ethic; excellent attendance and commitment to the job Desirable: IBM AS/400 experience; Familiarity with marketing strategy and sales literature composition; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software and web design Competitive hourly wage; 401K, profit-sharing retirement plan; health and life insurance; paid vacation; paid holidays
