Accounts Payable Lead - Bucks County - up to 45K! Accounts Payable Clerk Bucks County TONS of Growth Potential up to 45K! Not only will the company continue to grow, but you will have the chance to grow and advance with them! Responsibilities: Organize the work of 3 AP clerks.
Compile and sort documents, such as invoices, and checks.
Substantiate business transactions.
Process weekly disbursements (corporate overhead, vendor payables, project and T&E expenses).
Verify and post details of business transactionsto the general ledger.
Audit invoices against purchase order, research discrepancies and obtain proper approvals.
Prepare and process A/P voucher package, checks, account statements, reports for accuracy.
Resolve vendor discrepancies by working with supplier, purchasing and employees.
