AO-Accounts Payable Clerk
Position Type: Full Time Leading Baby Food Manufacturer and International Distributor is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist due to internal promotion at the Corporate location in St. Louis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to processing payables which includes invoice matching, coding and EDI transactions, initiating check runs, reporting sales and use and supporting audit requests.
Additional responsibilities include calculating brokerage commissions and preparing account reconciliations.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable and general office experience, excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently in a team environment.
Experience in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Manufacturing experience is a plus.
